Arrival 10mn before the starting time of the lesson and meeting near the Be Good Surf School van.
Wetsuit and board issued for the session.
Prior to go in the water, warm up, presentation of safety rules, instruction and guidelines.
During the session, back and forth returns between the coach and the participants.
End of session debrief.
